Yamaha YFZ450-R Race Exhaust
Technology is a wonderful thing, even when it may be tech that's long familiar to engine builders in flat track and MotoGP. Our pipe for the Yamaha YFZ450-R is built with that same technology in the form of a tapered megaphone with reverse cone. Toss in a larger headpipe and a glass-packed muffler to tone it down and you get an exhaust that makes torque with the best of 'em and leaves them all behind on top.

Kevin is riding a 500 Renegade in the series, competing against other 500 Utility quads and at the same time with the larger 800cc machines, beating most of the larger quads while he's at it! Kevin uses Ron Wood Racing products on his Can-Am racers.

Wildcat Performance!
Finally got the Wildcat dyno results from Dynojet's test and programming for the PC-V Power Commander. Our pipe with the PC-V gave us a 10% increase in power.
One thing we've seen with the CVT drives is that there is more power to be gained with a properly tuned clutch.

Bombardier DS650!

Still available from Ron Wood Racing:
Still in Demand! The Rotax-powered Can-Am DS650, discontinued several years ago, still has its following, especially with those that feel a 450 is too small, but want more performance and handling than most 4x4 quads can offer. Stage One, Two and Three kits are still available, with Stage I being the most popular, with no internal engine mods required. A 68% increase in torque at 3,700 RPM, 23% more at 7,000 RPM, a 32% increase in horsepower at 7,700 RPM, plus an extra thousand RPM over the stock setup. Additional horsepower is achieved with Stage Two and Three kits. All parts are also available separately.
Contact Ron Wood Racing at 949-645-0393, e-mail info@rotax.net or visit our website at www.rotax.net.

Suzuki LTR450

The Suzuki LTR450 is a good starting platform, but a bit choked up. A pipe and intake can do wonders. The dyno chart shows how our pipe and intake perform when just bolted on. Imagine what you can do with a racing ignition and FI controller! See our website for prices and more information http://www.rotax.net/
