Ron Wood Racing has a new dual stainless steel exhaust for the new Polaris RZR XP 1000 sport Side by Side. Oversize headpipes lead to dual megaphones with reverse cones and mufflers packed with durable endless strand ceramic packing. Long turndown endcaps will accept the factory Polaris spark arrestor (2 needed). More power, better looks, great sound and lighter weight. Most other manufacturers simply route a straight pipe into another straight pipe muffler and make no more power than stock sometimes even LESS than stock! New for 2014. Yamaha YFZ450-R Race Exhaust

Technology is a wonderful thing, even when it may be tech that's long familiar to engine builders in flat track and MotoGP. Our pipe for the Yamaha YFZ450-R is built with that same technology in the form of a tapered megaphone with reverse cone. Toss in a larger headpipe and a glass-packed muffler to tone it down and you get an exhaust that makes torque with the best of 'em and leaves them all behind on top.

Can-Am X-Team racer Kevin Trantham took his 7th class win out of 8 races in the GNCC cross country series at Snowshoe, West Virginia. Kevin is riding a 500 Renegade in the series, competing against other 500 Utility quads and at the same time with the larger 800cc machines, beating most of the larger quads while he's at it! Kevin uses Ron Wood Racing products on his Can-Am racers.

Ron Wood Racing has developed a new race proven high performance exhaust for the Can-Am Renegade 1000 ATV. The exhaust is fully constructed of brushed finish 304 stainless steel with oversize stepped headpipes joined at a formed merge collector, going to a reverse cone megaphone and repack-able glass pack type muffler. Deep megaphone sound with excellent performance results. Designed with rugged construction for extreme conditions. This is a complete exhaust system, not a slip-on, ready to bolt on and go. Been a while, but, hey, I'm still getting a handle on this multimedia stuff!

We now have CP Pistons and Carillo Rods available, in addition to K&N, Motion Pro and many other parts for dirt track motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides.

Ron Wood Racing, U.S. distributor for Rotax four stroke engines since 1980, has been designing and manufacturing performance exhaust systems for over 30 years, and has in all the Can-Am product line. With the introduction of the Can-Am Commander, two systems have been developed; One a Dual Exhaust Muffler Conversion, and the other a Single Exhaust Muffler Conversion. Both systems utilize the stock headpipe attaching to our stepped midpipe section, to a graduated reverse cone megaphone design for greater midrange and top end horsepower. Units are completely fabricated from 304 stainless steel with double mounting brackets on the mufflers for durability under stressful operating conditions. The mufflers are filled with endless strand type packing for long life. Three end caps are available; open end, turn down, or spark arrestor. Our own design spark arrestor is an external mounted screen with virtually no loss of power, plus a reduction in noise level. Other spark arrestors or quiet cores are mounted internally, resulting in a loss in horsepower. No body parts or bed modification or bed removal required for easy installation. Dual system shown.
